Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Handmade Item Policy
· ONLINE PURCHASES: You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return on your item. Please contact us here.
· CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom handmade orders are non-refundable. If a custom item does not meet your expectations, please let me know and I will make it right.
· ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. We will inspect the item to determine eligibility of a refund or exchange. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Retail Packaged Item Policy
· RETAIL PACKAGED ITEMS: You may return or exchange any retail packaged item within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
· ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, and in the original unopened packaging. We will inspect the item to determine eligibility of a refund or exchange. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Method and Return Shipping Costs
· You will receive a refund to your original method of payment. Credit or debit card refunds may take a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
· Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
